World Vision: World Vision provides relief in emergency situations and works on long-term community development projects. Together, these address the causes of poverty and help people move towards self-sufficiency.
Save the Children: Save the Children is the leading, independent organization creating lasting change for children in need around the world.
The first aim of any weight loss program is to lose weight, the second aim of course is to keep it off. Not all diets are very good at one or both of these.
